Avacado Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Ripe Avacado
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
150ml of Milk
50-100ml of Water

Method

Remove the avacado from its skin and chop into chunks. Place into blender/smoothie maker and then add the milk and sugar.  Blend until smooth velvety consistency.  Add water to get your preferred consistency.

Serves 2
